Allow students a variety of seating options gives them an opportunity to work in a way that best suits their needs. They can work on a ball or wobble seat if they need to move around a bit while they work. They can read in a cozy bean bag chair that will allow to relax and enjoy the experience of reading. Choice in a classroom leads to student success Students will also be able to work with a variety of sensory experiences through these various seats and through the use of a lightbox. At this age, students learn best when all of their senses are engaged and they can work with their learning in a hands on way!
