Please help me provide my kids with therapeutic tools to decrease stress and anxiety and aid them in learning mindfulness activities. We will use the stress putty, noise machine, coloring books, markers, and pencils when a student comes in agitated or is having problems personally or within the classroom. I am also requesting a few snacks. Some of my students may not have all of their basic needs met at home, and providing them with a snack could reduce the worry they have about basic needs and allow them to focus on learning. I would like to use the inspirational posters to remind them they are important and to serve as a visual reminder of that.
