I would use these iPads in a station for my cart. I push into the classrooms and I couldn't bring instruments in, even if we had the budget to buy them. I have several older iPads that I let the students create original songs with Garage Band, but they only have 16 gigs and can only run a very old version of Garage Band, and the memory limitation keeps them from building their projects to a higher level. My students with special needs especially enjoy showing their creative side with modern technology and free them up to create music without having to learn how to play an instrument.
