As stated earlier, many of my 7th and 8th grade students come from homes below the poverty level and most do not have access to the internet at home. If I can provide chromebooks to them at school, they will be better able to complete the many tasks and assignments that are internet based in my class. The more chromebooks I can provide to them, the better their chance of keeping their grades up as well as learning how to navigate the internet and keep abreast of events occuring in the world today as well as past events they are studying.
