I have been out of the regular ed. classroom for quite some time now. My rooms have been a lot smaller than a traditional room with not much space for anything but a table or two. Now that I am moving back into the regular education classroom, I need a classroom rug for my students to sit on. This rug will be used as a place for everyone to gather together for projects, shared reading, centers, and more. A rug adds an important sense of community to every classroom environment, especially at an elementary level. Community and collaboration are so important in the school setting and I know this rug would be a place for students to use these practices daily.

About my class
