My students, many of which have special needs and developmental delays struggle to remain calm and can quickly become overstimulated. By providing students with The Sensory Path we are providing much needed tools for educators to help students take a brain and sensory break and reset their minds. The sensory path gives students a path to walk, skip, and leapfrog which are aimed at giving the students proprioceptive input to help the children stay calm and regulate their bodies. By providing sensory walks, we are creating an outlet for all children but especially for students with sensory processing issues and autism.
