Funding this project will empower and enhance my students love for learning. In our school, we are privileged to have access to technology. The students are able to use apps such as Garage Band, iMovie, Clips, Imagine Learning, and various applications that help support their learning in the classroom. Many of these applications require students to use headphones, which unfortunately most of them do not have, because they are unable to afford them. Since I teach in a fifth grade ICT classroom we have varying abilities in the classroom. Many of our students are below fifth grade reading level, and enabling them to listen to a text or a book, helps them tremendously with their comprehension. Access to listening on their iPads will allow them to grow not only as learners, but leaders as well.
