Our classroom and our school have undergone some changes in the past few years. We've gone from orange carpet and vinyl curtains to a much fresher look. Now the students will come back to a remodeled building, with a new gym and lunchroom. Many of the books that are used by the students are in bad shape and need to be replaced after years of wear and tear. As we use a combination of guided reading and self selected reading to support literature instruction, and It would be great to have new books to match their classroom environment and positive attitudes starting the 2019-20 school year.

About my class
