They come to learn; they leave to achieve! We are a Title I elementary school in California filled with students who come from a variety of backgrounds. For many of our families, the school library is their only viable source for books and they eagerly take advantage of this resource. On average, 45 students will visit the library every day during their recess or after school in order to exchange a book they have finished reading before their assigned class library day. They are excited about learning and we encourage them every step of the way.
