I have a second grade class in California with 26 second graders. It consists of two special education students, four English learners, and the rest are regular, everyday second graders. They attend a school of a little over 900 students so the money we get is minimal to buy the luxuries such as "fancy" art supplies, exciting learning tools, learning motivators, etc. We have many students at our school that live in low income housing and get their best and/or only meals at school.
