I am a first year teacher and starting in August I will be teaching 1st grade at a Title 1 school. I want to provide my students with a diverse and interesting classroom library to aide in their literacy journey. I know my students will appreciate this project and all the things they can learn from it. My future students will be able to enrich their fluency, comprehension and accuracy daily by reading books from this list. By funding this project, you will help me start my literacy rich classroom library. I am very excited to start putting this library together and letting my students explore different genres and themes. I hope by getting this project funded, I will be able to provide my students with new books to enrich their learning!
