The students will use these kits to plan, design, and build simple and powered machines. This will reinforce many aspects of the Inquiry based design model. For example, students could create a wind turbine. This would allow for a mini unit on today's renewable energy careers and show how we can harness the resources that Earth has to offer to help preserve our life on this planet, while sustaining the needs to keep growing. Students can learn the importance of harnessing the energy around us to better our lives. This would be an amazingly beneficial opportunity. Please consider helping. Thanks!
