These materials will help me better engage and teach my twenty-first century learners. Perhaps the most important thing I have learned in my first year teaching is that engaging first graders in not easy unless you have technology! They are quick learners when it comes to using technology and videos hold their attention longer than anything else. I have struggled to find quality videos to help me teach certain lessons, until I stumbled across BrainPOP Jr. This website has engaging videos for many subjects, as well as quizzes, activities, games and more ready to go. This subscription will make my job easier and allow me to teach more effectively.
