Help me give my students access to technology for education everyday! Give them the chance to have a computer in their hand everyday combined with a face to face teacher dedicated to their education and transform my classroom- and in turn transform my students. I am working to raise funds to buy a class set of Chromebooks for my high school English/Language Arts classroom at NGHS. Since my first year at North, education tools online have grown and transformed, and these tools have changed the way I teach. But I have not yet begun to scratch the surface of what I could help my students accomplish! A few ways I plan to use them are: Nearpod Lessons, online writers notebooks, Common Lit, News ELA, Online planning and organization, Podcast creations, collaborative boards, and standardized test prep platform practice. It is my humble request for your help for my kids. I love what I do, and I love my students; help me continue to show them that learning is fun.
