I am a special education teacher at a K-5 school in a large, urban school district. I teach students with a range of disabilities in the kindergarten and first grade classrooms. I also co-plan/co-teach lessons with the classroom teacher. Many of the students in our school come from diverse homes. The students I work with on a daily basis are extremely motivated to succeed. They come to school each day with enthusiasm and are always ready to take on new learning challenges. They are an inquisitive and curious group of children. These students truly deserve every possible opportunity to be successful!
