We are lucky enough to have a class set of Chromebooks housed in our classroom for every day use. Our second graders learn to use Google Docs to type their personal narratives, opinion writing, and biographies. Additionally, they find all of their own research for their biographies. We also use websites like Speakaboos and Epic to allow our students to listen to reading and Splash Math for extra practice with specific math skills at their level. Instead of taking the Chromebooks in and out of the cart all day, we would love to have the Amazon Basics laptop cases to keep our Chromebooks in our seat sacks. It takes valuable time away from instruction when the students have to keep going back to the cart. If we had these cases, the Chromebooks would be safe in their seat sacks on the back of their chairs. After each transition, the students could simply turn around, pull them out, and get started! This would make such a difference in our day!
