These items will enhance the overall learning environment of our classroom. I feel it will encourage students to spend more time in our reading corner. However, this area is not just for reading, as students can work on classroom assignments, collaborate with a partner, or collaborate with a group. I believe that a positive way to increase reading and collaboration is to provide an enhanced space for students to accomplish that goal. In my classroom library, I have numerous books for the children to choose from. I do have some comfy chairs for the students to sit in, but these items will make the area more warm an inviting.
