Meal times can be a special challenge. With the noise, commotion, the limited time, and selective eating disorder, most days their plates are barely touched. If you saw how little they managed to eat at breakfast and lunch, you would not be surprised if their morale began to sink in the classroom. While our staff has an abundance of patience we are always in need of their preferred foods. Both students come from low-income households and disabilities alone create enormous expense for the families. With your help, we will be able to provide healthy snacks, like crackers and juice, so the students can focus on their learning.

About my class
