Laptops play a pivotal role in the lives of many people today. When it comes to a student's education, laptops provide access to an unlimited amount of resources through the internet that can be paramount to increasing scholar growth in the classroom. My students will specifically use their laptops to practice word problems, play math games to increase engagement, and peer-edit answers to math word problems. My students will also use their computers to complete science labs, using the computers to research an appropriate hypothesis and experiments around a central question. These examples only provide a snapshot of the many ways in which my students will be able to utilize these laptops during class.
