My students do not have a classroom library. My students have no comfortable chairs or organization for their leaning needs. I have taken on this classroom in the hope to meet their needs of having the materials, but also helping them develop stronger reading goals and skills. These materials will greatly help a class that already is struggling in their reading without having these materials present. By getting just a few reading comprehension tools, furniture , literacy books, it will develop a reading center in my classroom that my kids can now feel it is their own for a peaceful, caring, and loving reading environment.
