We have one "Wirk Bike" desk in our classroom and students can't get enough of it. They love to pedal while working and say it helps them focus, learn better, behave, and have fun. Students will even come in from other classes to pedal for a bit if they are having trouble in class. Only problem is, there is just one biking desk and lots of students. More kids want to use it than have opportunity. Plus we work in partners and groups and that one bike is all by it self. We would like to have more students get to use the bike and work collaboratively while using it. Research shows students learn better when they exercise. Many of our students say the can relax, behave and focus better if they are moving. Help provide this opportunity for more students.
