Sitting in a regular chair is difficult for my students. Being able to have options for seating and the flexibility to move around will enhance their learning. It will enable them to focus on their schoolwork and help them gain the control they need to attend to academic tasks. Many times they will knock over a regular chair, because they are trying to find a way to sit comfortably. This causes many distractions in the classroom. Having the flexibility to move freely will increase their time on task. It will also allow them to be more mindful of their body position while they are sitting.

About my class
