These low-back chairs will allow students to feel comfortable while sitting rather than sitting in desks. I teach in an alternative setting, where I like to have the kids sit around me while I teach. With these new chairs it would allow for easy movement around the room with comfortable seating. Many of the chairs I have now are falling apart, quite honestly it is a becoming a safety concern. My students would be ecstatic to be able to come into class and know they would be able to learn while not having to worry about a chair breaking or falling apart.
