Having flexible seating creates an environment for learning to feel safe and comfortable. Students have the freedom to chose what they would want to use as a seat everyday. Students will be able to chose where they would like to sit everyday. Everyone is happy, engaged in their work, and relaxed. This type of flexible seating allows every student in my class to have a choice in what makes them the most comfortable while learning. Our world is ever-changing, and our classrooms must keep up. Students are given the chance to chose and this will allow them the chance to take ownership of their classroom. Flexible seating opens up the classroom for students to have the ability to communicate, collaborate and have a choice.
