I have the privilege of teaching a unique course this year: Freshman Seminar. Freshman Seminar is a class that is designed to help students learn skills relating to life. We start the year teaching kids how to use their assignment notebooks. By the middle of the year, we're discussing the origins of anger and how to stop bullying. By the end of the year, I'm preparing my students to engage in acts of social justice and service. Through teaching them all these life skills, I'd love to equip them with the helpful tools in this book to tackle stress and be successful!
