When a student struggles with basic reading skills, they often do not enjoy picking up a book and reading for pleasure. The Tag Reading System allows the reluctant reader to work independently to listen and enjoy a story. If the student enjoys the process, they will continue to practice and their reading skills will improve. The Tag Readers will help with this practice. Tag Readers bring books to life. The Tag Pen is waved across the print by the student and it reads the word out loud. The Tag Pen can be used to decode words for emergent readers. Tag Readers also help to build vocabulary and English language skills.
