The Growlab will allows students to have hand-on lesson about photosynthesis and exploring the plant kingdom. The school season falls in times where it is hard or impossible to grow anything. The Growlab allows students to grow and experience different plants and communities in the soil in the dead of winter. The Growlab can be used throughout the entire school be starting plants in the grow lab until big enough to transplant to an office window or an inviting welcome display for students, teachers, and parents. The grow lab can be used to show the importance of root structure to aid against the battle of erosion.
