Since most of my students are English language learners, they benefit massively from being able to socialize with each other and communicate their ideas. The post-it paper allows them to work in environments that don't require a whiteboard nearby. Ziplock bags will be used for experiments and other hands-on activities. The iPad will help keep stations more organized and on track. Furthermore, they can use the camera to record their projects together. Colorful whiteboard markers will help them deconstruct and label their ideas more creatively. These materials help create a more social and productive learning environment.
