These materials will be used to allow my students the opportunity to access their curriculum. With lamination and velcro, my students are able to participate in lessons and assessments without using typical assessment strategies or methods. Traditional paper and pencil methods of assessments can be difficult to administer to students with moderate to severe disabilities. By introducing assessments that are adapted with lamination, velcro, and binding, my students will be able to access their learning easier, and I can assess my students learning and growth easier. Flexible seating options will allow my students to move around the room more freely and increase their engagement in activities due to their ability to move while learning. These seating options will also allow my students with limited mobility to better interact with their peers and adults within the classroom.
