An easel will allow me to make learning interactive in my classroom by making anchor charts and modeling instruction for whole group, as well as student interaction during small group literature/writing activities. Since the easel is magnetic, this will allow me to use it for a variety of subjects. I have magnetic math manipulatives that I can use on one side and write examples on the other. My students can use it to interact with the manipulatives in small group time. I also have a variety of reading manipulatives that will be great to use with my easel. The easel would be a great asset to my classroom. It has a shelve on bottom that I will be able to store items such as books, markers, manipulatives, etc. The chart holders will be perfect to hang my charts on so I can make Anchor Charts more easily.
