In an effort to provide students with more creative play and oral practice we are incorporating a small pretend play area in our classrooms. The area will include a kitchen, some familiar Montessori works, and themes that help them review writing, reading, math, science and social studies themes throughout the week. But in order to do this, we need your help! These fruit counters, teddy counters, vehicle counters, counting keys, math counters library, hand magnifiers, solar system floor puzzle, U.S.A. floor puzzle, and life cycle sequencing kit will enhance students access to math and science exploration. The storytelling puppets, kids puppets, career hat collection and other pretend play materials will support oral language, social development, and literacy. Thank you for your support!
