My students lack the background knowledge needed for a lot of the higher level science that they are required to learn in their curriculum. They benefit from hands-on activities and constant movement. I want my students to be engaged and experience science the best way possible. Science is meant to be learned in a hands-on and engaging way. Science and these kids are our future. They should be encouraged to engage in STEM activities, develop these skills, and continue to grow more confident in science. I believe that these kits can truly influence my students' desire to be involved with the class and having them available and using them would really be helpful with instruction.

About my class
