The items I am requesting for our students will help all students in our building in some way. The soothing environment and sensory objects will ensure that students have a place to learn strategies to help better themselves while they are going through difficult times. The sensory items that are in the project include items that are researched based to help students with an array of needs. Our students deserve a place to learn life-long strategies. Through this project we can provide that and allow for each individual student to discover their own calming strategy. It is our hope that these strategies will be used at home and as they move to new schools.

About my class
