These Chromebooks will be used at the beginning of every new unit to research all the major learning objectives. Students will generate Google Slide presentations, Prezis, Powerpoints, or utilize other media to show beginning mastery of the new topic. We are a rural district without the funding and support of the more metropolitan areas. Additionally, our community was impacted substantially by Hurricane Harvey. These things have placed my students at a great disadvantage technologically. The limit of my students' abilities to access vital technology, which is playing an ever increasing role in the world of education, can be eased with your support of this project.
