Technology has made its way into the classroom more rapidly in the past year or so. We spend a lot of our day looking at a computer screen or an iPad. Research has come out about the effects blue light can have on our eyes. The more time students spend on the computer the more their eyes are being exposed to harmful light. Blue light glasses are designed to stop the light from reaching the eyes. This will not only help students' eyes in the long run but it will also help their eyes to not get tired from looking at a screen.
