The students in my school learn career skills alongside traditional high school subjects. When I meet with students, I help them practice all of their 21st century skills: collaboration, communication, and presentation skills. One successful intervention for reading and presentation skills is having students practice job interview skills. These office chairs will model a professional learning environment for students, setting the stage for quality written responses and presentation skills. As we navigate the complex demands of hybrid learning and the digital divide exacerbated by COVID-19, preparing students for the demands of a classes and careers.

About my class
