My students will use Chromebooks to work in Education Galaxy, Accelerated Reader, USA Test Prep, and research topics throughout the year. For my lower performing students, the Chromebooks will help them practice and reinforce reading and language skills. Students will use Chromebooks to complete research for their writing assignments and type their essays. In addition to enhancing our daily classroom work, Chromebooks will allow students to target specific areas of weaknesses in reading and build on those objectives. We have six Chromebooks right now with 26 students in the class! Our class desperately needs Chromebooks as it would enhance their learning as well as engage them in the process.
