Everyone knows that science is occurring everywhere all around us, but what they don’t know is that they can do it themselves. By having the beakers, scales, thermometers, and markers, my students will not be tied to a textbook to try to experience the world, rather, they will be able to perform the experiments themselves. My students have a passion for the living world, and I believe they will one day know how to change it for the better. This project is the first step into helping them realize just how smart and useful they are, and how they can do anything, and how they, quite literally, can have the world at their fingertips.

About my class
