Over 100 students a day use 5 kitchen areas in our high school to learn cooking skills. We are looking for funding to update our space starting with replacing our stripped and missing cabinet hardware and our way-too-often leaky faucets. Students are constantly looking for tools to try and fix our cabinet hardware, but many of the pulls are stripped and require constant tightening or super glue. Our faucets are very dated and need constant caulking fixes. Our students would greatly benefit from updates being made to these kitchen areas. Renovations such as these would very much be appreciated by current and future cooking students at our school! They would offer brighter, contemporary additions and improvements to our dated spaces.
