Right now we have a classroom set of only 5 headphones that have seen better days. This year, only 3 out of 23 of my students' families were able to provide them with their own headphones to bring to school Not everyone can wear headphones at the same time when we do online testing or academic classwork. We use our Chromebooks daily andI must split up testing and work times or borrow headphones from other classrooms in order give students a quiet environment to use their technology in. A lot of the work done using this technology is some of the most important work we do each week because it gives them the extra practice with taught skills and is a way for me to keep data on their growth.
