Not only with the Osmo kits allow students to use hands on learning, they will collaborate by working together, use critical thinking skills, and strengthen their understanding of the concepts that are already being introduced. We will be able to enhance concepts taught in cross-curricular subjects and build relationships while working with peers to solve problems. My students love to use technology whenever possible and by having the Osmo Kits they won't be limited to waiting for our scheduled technology day to use the shared grade level Chromebooks. Many of my students have limited resources at home and our one tech day at school is often the only time they are able to use these resources.
