I recently attended the CCIRA conference and took a class on Ramping Up Your Read Aloud. This session provided me with several reads aloud books that my students would benefit from and would enjoy listening to. The books that I am asking for will help guide rich discussions around empathy, diversity and will help my students see themselves within these books! I am also asking for the book, Ramp Up Your Read Aloud, to help give me ideas on how to incorporate these books into my classroom. We can't wait to get these books in our hands and start reading!
