My class loves to read! We have set our reading goals high and attainable! The bean bag chairs we have requested will make reaching our reading goals easier. The students will be motivated to read more in a special bean bag chair. Students love to be comfortable while reading and enjoy reading with a buddy. These materials will make that happen. Creating a fun, cozy and nurturing reading environment is essential. The bean bag chairs will be used for silent reading and as part of our rotation center. The English Language Arts rotations involve a 20-minute reading center. My students will thrive when they are given the opportunity to read in a more relaxed environment.
