I can’t tell you how often a student has asked for help finding the “skin colored” crayon. While this has opened up some great conversations, it always breaks my heart a little to see so few of my students represented with the color choices I have available. I love that these skin toned options are available now, and in so many different forms. While I plan to use these supplies in my lessons when learning from home takes place, I won’t have enough to send home to students. When we come back face to face I will have enough sets to rotate and disinfect so that all students can benefit from them.
