My students need chromebooks in the classroom. Since we're "only Kindergarten" we aren't getting the computers that we need in order to teach our students their math skills, or the reading programs that they can access during reading centers and math centers. As of right now, there are 2 working laptops from the early 2000's in our room and those are barely hanging on. When we have to have a technology center, but we don't get the resources for it, and the students have to fight for a computer to do their reading assignments, it's heartbreaking. They WANT to do their reading assignments. They WANT to do their math games. They WANT to read their books and earn their stars, but they CAN'T since there's only 2 computers that they have to share. Please help them get those reading and math skills and have the enjoy learning and become successful!
