This is an area where children can go to calm down, read a book or just feel comfortable. I try to make it so that my students are as comfortable in my classroom as they are at home. This area will give them that "family room" feel inside the classroom. My students need to feel at home in their space to be comfortable enough to learn. This area will give them a place to feel comfortable and a space to calm down when they are having a rough day. Please help me to help my students feel very comfortable in our learning space.
