This will help them get the foundation of reading and the technology will help with exposure. I believe if I make it entertaining they would enjoy learning to read more. Different approaches work with different students and I’m positive my kids will take great use of the supplies for the foundation. During guided reading, we can use the gel pens when we are learning new sight words. The Hot Dots will help with teaching blending sounds to make bigger words. The book sacks will allow them to take care of their books while not in the classroom. All in all, everything will help them become better readers, communicators, and writers ready for the 3rd grade and beyond.
