Just like adults get tired of sitting in the same, hard chair all day, students do too! My students will greatly benefit from more flexible and comfortable seating options to promote their engagement in their learning. These flexible seating items will provide students with the opportunity to engage in their learning in a space that is comfortable and promotes movement. Students will be able to move their feet at their seat with the chair bands, wiggle and move on stools and wiggle seats, and have ​comfort from the cushions on the stools. Each of these items will be used daily to help my students feel comfortable and at home in our classroom community. I am looking forward to seeing the learning that occurs when students have the comfort and choice from their flexible seating!
