I will be teaching my students about the famous artist, Claude Monet. We sill study several of his art works with emphasis on his beautiful paintings of waterlilies. We will talk about the colors he uses and his painting style. We will make our own waterlily paintings by first drawing several waterlilies on a page, coloring the waterlilies with oil pastels and then doing a watercolor wash over the entire picture using the Alphacolor Biggies watercolor paint cakes. I have done similar projects in the past and they have turned out beautiful! I know my students will love using these Alphacolor Biggies paints!
