In my classroom the stools will provide portable flexibility and allow for the students to work core and leg muscles vs standard desk chairs that do not allow for stretching and movement while hard at work. With so many active, wiggling bodies my students will be able to concentrate better and improve their academic performance as they are allowed to move while learning. It is very difficult for them to stay focused and on task when they are hyperactive. In order to be able to offer them flexibility with their chair options will address the "fidgets" issue head on, allowing them exercise and movement while still engaging them in the academic content.
